Our Journey

Spinnaker Insurance Company launched in 2015.

Spinnaker is led by a seasoned team, bringing decades of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry together under one roof.

In 2020, Spinnaker was acquired by Hippo Holdings. The combination of technology, innovation, and access to capital helps us accelerate opportunities to market, while never forgetting that insurance is a deeply personal business.
